This multifunction gelato machine for confectionery, gastronomy can perform a wide variety of hot, cold and pasteurizing functions for limitless possibilities.

The 52 ready-to-use programs include:

Mixing programs: for mixing, whipping and washing.

Freezing programs: allows you to choose the ideal freezing cycle, depending on the kind of mix used (milk, fruit ingredients). Perfect for making gelato, sorbet, slush/granita, and other frozen recipes.

  • maximum capacity 2 litres (approx 2.3 kgs) per cycle (in approx. 9 minutes).

Pasteurizing programs: High, medium, low and chocolate programs designed for the pasteurizing of ice cream mixes. The process includes heating of the mix up to 95°C and then cooling down to 4 °C. An audible signal informs you about the end of the whole cycle and the aging/conservation cycle starts. During this stage, the temperature of the mix will be kept at a consistent 4°C. The stirrer can be used continuously or intermittently as your recipe requires. The cycle works completely automatically even in case of a blackout, so your chef can continue with other tasks. The machine has the capability for high pasteurization to 85°C with cooling down to 4°C of 5Lts ice cream mix in 50 minutes.

Pasto-freezing programs: For the heating of the mix up to 95°C and immediately batch freezing until the desired consistency.

Free programs: Allows you to create customised programs for your recipes by modifying the following parameters:

  • heating temperature (for recipes up to 105°C approx )
  • cooling temperature (for recipes up to –9°C approx)
  • the time of pause at the high temperature
  • the stirrer on/off during the heating and the cooling phase

The Staff multifunction gelato machines are ideal for preparing custard cream, jams, pasta bigne, gelatine, p¢te choux, rice for pastry, b©chamel sauce, sauces, marmalade, yogurt, pannacotta, mousse, rag¹, risotto, polenta and more.

Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, within standard business hours. Post-dispatch from our supplier warehouses, typical delivery timeframes are as follows (but not guaranteed):

  • Metro Areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane):
    Approximately 3-5 business days
  • Extended Metro (Adelaide, Gold Coast, Wollongong, Newcastle):
    Approximately 3-7 business days
  • Other Locations: 
    Approximately 5-14 business days

 

Delivery Specifications:

  • Free Deliveries are conducted on a Kerbside Drop-off basis only.
  • Our standard service does not guarantee delivery dates or times.
  • For In-Store Delivery, old appliance removal, packaging removal, or scheduled deliveries, please fill out our Special Delivery Form for private courier quote and arrangement.
  • We offer free delivery to the locations in the above map with Green Circles. For any other locations, please contact us via email.

Post-Purchase Process: After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Should you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately.

Tracking Numbers: After the courier has collected your items from the warehouses, your tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow a few days for this to arrive before contacting us.

Delivery Updates: Please monitor your shipment via the courier's website and contact the courier directly once you have the tracking number.

Pre-Delivery: Our couriers, which may include TNT, StarTrack, Cope Sensitive Freight and others, are instructed to contact you a day prior to delivery to advise their delivery window.

Additional Services: If you require assistance with old appliance removal or new appliance installation, please fill out our Appliance Installation Form for an estimate.

Necessary Notes: At Kitchen Express, we're pleased to offer complimentary kerbside delivery to our valued customers. However, certain circumstances will incur costs:

  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we're unable to refund the delivery cost, as we incur these charges on your behalf.

  • Re-Delivery Fees: Should a delivery fail due to unavailable recipients or other reasons under your control, a fee will apply for rescheduling the delivery.

  • In-Store Delivery: Our standard deliveries include kerbside drop-off only. We kindly request not to solicit couriers to move items inside.

  • Rejected Deliveries: If you refuse delivery without prior agreement, returning the item(s) to our warehouse incurs charges.

  • Address Changes: Altering the delivery address post dispatch / courier collection incurs an additional fee.
